nah his feelings valid
I understand his anxieties, but he kinda gaslit himself into this panic state. As the rest of the comments been saying, if he actually tried to express his feelings they might've been able to actually avoid this. Plus with the way this little plot is shaping out, more than likely they're both operating under the assumption that their anniversary date is on different days on how the feel they truly became a couple.
