honestly tho, idk why but iโm just not seeing a connection. i just see him and siris as a big brother, little sister dynamic. idrc about romance tho, i think the story has been pretty good so far.
U have a point regarding about their relationship, tho I believe that the reason behind that is bcoz back in the past they "grow together", while the present them seems more like "Siris grows and he supervised her".
My thoughts were just if they changed the narrative from monogamy to polygamy, that influences his character as well, that'll be far from the mc we met at the beginning.
Then it'll be generic, It's an action genre where the op mc has numerous wives, the gooners plot. Romantic interests actually enhances the plot for most readers even if it's a minor details compared to the other big events of the story.
This will be trash if this end up as harem after painting him as a loyal man. He's goal is to rebuild Antares and live goodlife with Siris, he always think of Siris, Siris influenced on him is so large, he literally loves her.
Hoping for Iliya to root for somebody else, Russ exist and he's muscular and a genius swordsman. And can someone teach Silla's the gym breathing technique for goodness sake.
