You said "it's just blood", as if the character had simply gotten a paper cut and hadn't imagined brutally raping someone else. You realize that's a normal thing to be put off by... Right? Feeling uncomfortable when characters are raped to the point of bleeding is a normal response for a human being with empathy. It's not 'immature' because maturity isn't measured by how much gore, cruelty or absurdity one can consume before flinching.

You do understand that, right?

I'm talking to the ppl who are hell bent on villainizing Sunhwa for no reason other than the fact that he is "in between" their Mok and Nan, and then proceed to only complain about the "blood" when Mokyeon has that horrible thought of raping Nanjo, when Mokyeon is literally THINKING ABOUT RAPING NANJO WHICH IS WAY WORSE.
