Y'all, The MC is an unreliable narrator because remember, He has amnesia before this. And the things that he was remembering was a glimpse of his old memories, Not all. So i think his mind is filling out his memories but its not true (Just my theory tbh)
Take everything with a grain of salt because, I reread back to the Chapter 0 where he was saved. I saw that the person was not his father but a robber, that person was also planning to kill the MC, quote on quote "Im gonna give you a painless death." also, I want to point out that Guwon killed that person in chap 0 with his bare hands. No weapons. So yes, i think the MC was getting delusional.
