Yeah, I thought that too while I was writing. The twink was playing it up like he is some cute, sweet little baby boy, but he asked Nanjo to have a threesome and proceeds to getting off by being roughed up by their third.
That would definitely be a red flag for anyone.
But I feel like we haven't really seen the story from Nanjo's side yet, so hopefully soon we will get to see why he is clinging on so tightly to the twink.
I felt the same too. Nanjo definitely thought Mokyeon was abusing the twink at first. But you can see him warm up to Mokyeon as he got to know him better. I think he’s falling out of love with the twink. Or else he wouldn’t have pretended to be sick on the twink’s birthday.

He is not being a smart villain! Good villains always have a plan B. The twink is just using Nanjo for his money and power. So the seme just needs to set a trap for the twink where he admits to being a whoring gold digger and have Nanjo hears it!
