I think storyline-wise, the last chapter that came out happens right after the first chapter, so the boss probably wants to leave yeowoon alone during the break to give him a chance to flirt with his "honey" lol. Just my guess (≧∇≦)
idg why manager kim is trynna run away without yeowoon knowing? :/ especially because all the others know, so why does it seem like he's intentionally hiding it from yeowoon? iirc, it's not like he has personal beef with yeowoon or is bullying/ostracising him...? but it has been a while since i read their interactions, so i could be wrong
