The author was definitely wrong in sending death threats to someone, no doubt about it, but I also understand their frustrations. If you're gonna pirate, keep it down low and don't post screenshots, it's as simple as that. This is the author's job and livelihood and it takes a lot making a chapter each week.

How they handled it was wrong, but an author being fustrated over piracy is understandable and seeing how people not understanding that makes me :/ I've seen people here defend piracy with their life as if it's an all good thing when there are clearly downsides to it without understanding that, saying "oh it's cause of piracy that it's so popular now" and while that is true, it's similar as saying "can you draw me something for free, I'll advertise you"

Not telling people to stop pirating at all, it's just common knowledge to not posting on sociak media where authors could see it and I wish people have that basic understanding for author's frustrations

Call me a glazer all you want, but this isn't just about Euja, as I've said before, how they handled it was completely wrong, I've seen terrible comments here made to authors who even bring up piracy and it makes me think that I would not blame them for stopping their works because lack of understanding and empathy to authors

Based from these comments alone, no one is mad at Euja for getting upset over piracy. It’s online etiquette not to spread screenshots of fan translations online nor spread illegal sites. We can all agree to keep piracy on the down low. The issue is that Euja has had a history of problematic responses when it comes to illegal readers. It’s not simply a matter of getting upset because she’s not getting compensated for the work she did, but that she throws in xenophobic and classicist remarks. This is not her first time tweeting for her illegal readers to “disappear from the world” btw. I think Euja lacks a lot of empathy in general.
