there’s one that is a manhua (chinese manhwa) and it’s not shapeshifter with a cat tho. it is called “my cat is a bit different” and it’s so so cute and funny but way too short T-T like just 6 charter I think

I think the one I am thinking of is called My Roommate is a Cat. Or something along those lines. It was an anime I watched, but it may have a Manga. You get the thoughts of both the owner and cute kitty. It's a comedy, but it also made me cry family tears. Def recommend!
