It seems that is the case. I really thought that it was because of the "Outsiders" that some characters disappear. But after what happened from Leandro did I also come to this reasoning: That certain characters disappear either after finishing scenarios and quests related to them or there is no use for them anymore on the next life. This also explains why his spawn points changed.
Are they disappearing because Skely finished their stories and they didnt have anything more to contribute? Is the fact that they are gone a good thing? Because, in this way, he is forced to go out and explore more of this world and increase his assimilation then stay in a single place with the people he started to care about.
