"Thorns in the heart" "Next to You" = Thorns in the heart next to you.
Kinda shows in the context that what she's feeling (thorns) was also felt by sakura (next to her).
And it goes both ways!!
And if you look at the first panel, she was alone looking down and if you click the next chapter, the only difference was that sakura was there and she was looking but they both are in the same place.
