for ch 2 question, i think it was because it's really an energy booster like it said on the panels, there was one bubble where flynn said something along the lines of night time activity energy boost is just a bonus or sumn.
bl logic i guess, the author can’t really focus on small small details like that. besides, there’s a lot of vendors nowadays that still sells their homemade products with just a simple lable with their brand name and phone number. logically labelling costs more than he can afford
