FYI, as someone with -10 prescription, I confirm those glasses will look like shit and your eyes will be come beady. And I just look sexier and prettier without glasses. So this isn’t a stretch. Especially the way the artist did it. I even saw the same distortion on my face reflected in his with glasses.
