Throwing my hat into the guessing pool and saying it's Belzebuth Zebubra or Asmodeus Amaryllis.
I'm not sure what Zebubra's job actually is prior to almost becoming a 13th crown, but I assume it should be higher up like a commander position. And since the seeker's commander was out of commission for several hours due to a hang over... it fits Zebubra's party girl image.
As for Amaryllis... to be honest, she really isn't the type to get so drunk that they get hungover next day. I'm only just saying her because I have no idea which 13th crown is supervising Ameri's scala exam this time around. In her first exam, it was her dad but this time idk. I don't even know if they even need supervisors when ranking up from rank 6-7 lol.
