it's a manga or maybe an anime, it follows the main character and he's like traveling and solving things caused by this inhumane something?
then mc encountered a couple, couple had like 3 children iirc, and the other one is weakening, and it was revealed their children are actually these inhumane things, like a parasite that made a nest below their house.
the story is set from an old period or smthn i guess since their house was old and made of wood and had those elevation yk.
