It depends on what perspective you are focusing. It is understandable that Ian ain't a damn saint.
I think that Ian made things a bit worse when he went to the funeral when TJ told him not to, that it would be best for Ian's own safety... But Ian "disobeyed".
TJ ,of course he ain't a saint but he did try to let go of Ian once for all when he sold the house he bought for them, and also decided to cut his hair (even though it may seem silly for some, I think cutting someone's own hair is quite meaningful).
Jo, on the other hand, he is starting to show his odd side, one that he never showed us before as his character always seemed kinda naive and well behaved. But he is starting to get pretty tangle up with Ian's issues, and his silly obsession will get worse (or so I think).
I don't know. At times I want TJ to be the end game if I focused solely on their shared backstory and chemistry and even internal struggle they both shared, the unspoken feelings..., and sometimes I want Ian to end up with Jo as it is Ian trying to do better in life instead of being in the organization. Both ends are quite nice if it is done assertively...
Let's see what will happen as long as no one dies (▰˘◡˘▰)

Ian know exactly what he is doing. He just repeat the story and he will just destroy jo like he destroyed TJ. Just the fact that Jo witnessed a murder because of Ian. Ian is just running all he’s problems he do not fixed them. Everyone knows that running away never fixes things and just repeat them.
Maybe I don’t want Ian alive why everyone just focusing on tj and Jo. The problem is Ian and of the story lol
