Tbh at this point it's not really clear. So far there hasn't been a 2nd lead, but there's one guy that seems to be the antagonist and based on the last chapter (53) he might also be a bit of a 2nd lead as well

I think they showed the other guy also brought flowers for seoho and was crying. They did not show his face but idk. He might be the sinner of the underworld who stole the eyes of that guy. But nothing is clear.

Idk it's just an "educated guess", let's say, based on all the yaoi I've read in the past. I just feel like that brunette Minchan has been living with gives off weird vibes. He definitely is the antagonist and I wouldn't be surprised if he was romantically involved with Seoho or had some kind of obsession with him. It was also the flower thing in the latest chapter... idk what's up with the flower head monster and that flashback, but since they got attacked at brunette's place, they must be connected somehow
