holy fucking shit, the romance is more peak than I expected it to be when I started it ngl. Also authors need to take NOTES from here, more than MLs faffing about how they'll always be strong and always shown as being unshakeable, the one moment where rubelian shows vulnerability and admits that it hurt warmed me up to him and is far better. Even though I obviously get the appeal of an extremely capable partner and why it's popular, at the end of the day, men being 'too strong' for normal human feelings and moments of weakness isn't that attractive, it just stinks of existing weird gender roles. Both the ML and FL are amazing here, plus the art!! I wanted to lean on his shoulders too just because the art was so attractive!!! I'm officially locked in and will be looking forward to every update from now on!!
