iirc it was 5 days LOL a bit of a spoiler but there was a time leo told this to scan (the ml) and scan told phileo that even if leo is technically old enough to handle herself, they shouldn't neglect her. phileo can't even refute back coz he knew he's on the wrong so they cut it off to 3 days
