I kinda disagree. He liked the guy even before the weight loss. It’s hinted at a lot, he even blushed when he tried to kiss him and that was pre-weight loss.
might be true but he only likes him bc of his face cuz the face ain't that fat or chubby, he said that himself even infront of him
