They explain later on that ML knew he was a man because MC was talking in his sleep and mumbled about how his little brother should “get water for his big brother”. He wasn’t forcing his voice as he was asleep, hence how he knew.

Was it chapter 31 when ml found out mc was a man? Is that why he was all pissy after staying at that hotel? If so, how’d he find out?? I never finished this manwha so I don’t know if they ever explained it.
