Exactly. There's all these people being born in the tower, and now they've stapled on another 9 different worlds of varied technological advancement. They need a way to educate them all, and a world that's nothing but schools is a good shortcut.

Lol yup. Also because they know that if he wanted he could just clear whatever floors he wants and is not like ppl can stop him. I mean that's what the other guy did by only clearing fire worlds since he had the fire element. At least he is caring about the resources so there is more trust there
Y'all seem to forget that while the 29th floor looks like a school setting that might exist in the MC's world, it is actually a completely different world. So by adding it as a floor you not only get the educational system the tower needs to function as a proper society, you also get the entire knowledge base of this new world along with the researchers and facilities to expand upon it. Also, just think of how many hospitals are affiliated with universities in the real world, then expand that for every field of study. The agricultural science alone is priceless considering they have a food shortage.

I'm sure they can also compile the knowledge that each floor has as well as any knowledge that the hunters willingly share so as to teach each other. They can also exchange books in between floors too if needed.
But yknow its kind of weird how no one questioned about the 29th floor... Like why mc choose that story for their floor even though it's doesn't looks like it has benefit for them. Or where's this white haired dude came from? Isn't he just suddenly appeared in their eyes?
