hi! from what i havee understood so far, jin siye is the omega (the fiance who betrayed the mc) this has two timelines mc and jin siye as lovers in the first timeline but jin siye betrayed the mc (1st chapter) and the second timeline where the mc transmigrated to, dr. jin's face looks a lot like jin siye but is actually a different person in this second timeline. now in the recent chapter jin siye reappears in the body of that uke who clings to the man he calls uncle/adoptive father (someone correct me if im wrong!)
so basically, dr. jin is different from the omega who betrayed the mc, its just that they have the same face in the 2nd timeline

So this Jin Siye was adopted (not really, more of taken in) by this Fu guy. MC/Dr. Jin and Mr. Fu guy are mates in the last life, but MC died for unknown reason. So this Jin Siye looked a lot like Dr. Jin (and I think that must be the reason why Mr. Fu is fond of him).
Jin Siye developed a crush on Mr. Fu, but Mr. Fu doesn't reciprocate since he still haven't move on from Dr. Jin. So when Jin Siye learned about Dr. Jin, he started mimicking what Dr. Jin used to be (behaviour, favourites, etc.) — to appeal Mr. Fu (it didn't work until the end tho). He thinks that by doing so that he will look at him.
He's also following Mr. Fu's orders like a dog (which is why he betrayed the ML).
My memory is kinda fuzzy so I might have mixed up some things, but based on what I remember — he must had done a plastic surgery to look a lot like Dr. Jin

Because from what I saw, dr. Jin doesn’t seem to have any interest in him. It feels like Mr. Fu would be the type to hold onto an unrequited love for a long time
They're lovers in the past, yes. But in the current timeline? No. Dr. Jin isn't interested in him, but in the past (before MC got betrayed by the little twink) they used to be lovers, it's just that Dr. Jin died early for unknown reason.
