As an expert in smut Yaoi that inspired horny, I can proudly say this one is definitely not hitting right despite so many smexy scenes.
But the funny x romantic scenes is definitely there.
So if you aim for funny but lovely story with rushed happy ending, this will help you enjoy the story better.
Honestly, it is a good read overall.
But if they can make a remake of this by developing some of the plot, and better smut, I believe this BL can be one of the high tier BL!
Like, if they put more depth into that past stories of MC soul moving bodies...
Or more connection story with his old man.
Or story of ML's mother and royal struggles he lives during childhood.
Honestly, if they put more depth to those parts, it would give us readers more times to dwell into both main characters.

yeah, you basically pointed out all of the stuff I was iffy about - mainly the fact that the mc almost basically rushed into being intimate with the ML despite promising himself not to get involved, at least not THAT fast and thank you for the completed chapters!
it's, it's up there, yeah...I don't know if I'm just not in the mood or somethin, but the smut isn't hitting me right .... I've been waiting for this kind of concept though, so I'll probably give it another try when I'm less tired.
