The woman w/yellow hair is the current duchess aka Helene. She's a princess and is married to the current duke. The emperor, her brother was also mentioned there. The whole chapter was just basically politics and the FL figuring something out(I just skimmed through the chapter so yea) and another character was mentioned and shown(kinda), but I can't remember the name.
