I'm shock how many people are forgetting what error this book is in. the dad is abusive hello they had child labor at this time frame children was literally mistreated at this time yes all children was abused. They didn't understand how to raise children at all I'm actually happy he's being around his child and train him himself they had nannies they had babysitters they literally galactic their children and they did one wrong thing they will whip their legs.
