Tbh I justify his behaviour as someone who was left 7 years in a world that revolved around his lover who hated ML so mch that it ended up being with them both dying. Poor ML was left with obsessive thoughts with no room to heal them and MC is doing such a good job trying to heal them . So yeah it's justified that ML is cray cray
