better read than what ratings suggest

I mean I didn’t have much expectations but it was surprisingly not a bad read.

uke’s family circumstances made him more “open-minded” Seeing his parents playing around caused him to internalise it as normal and replicate the same behaviour and mindset. Love to him is not about staying faithful and loyal to one partner, love doesn’t magically exist even with marriage and a kid. he didn’t know that he was capable of, or had the desire to actually love someone wholeheartedly n be in a proper rs w just one partner
Honestly think he also kind of closed himself off because he didn’t believe in love anymore due to his past experiences and askew concept of love since young

Seme on the other hand doesn’t draw his boundaries clearly and doesn’t know how to love someone and give them space appropriately resulting in stalking. He always forcefully dumps his affection on his partners and his partners, put off by him will block him and refuse to communicate with him so he probably didn’t know he was being annoying too. Only uke gave it to him straight w zero filter

the thing is seme loves so excessively and suffocatingly that it managed to make the uke feel things HAHAH. I guess it helped that seme was the earnest type with no bad intentions like it somehow worked out but if they were both more sane it wouldn’t have worked out. In the end they also worked on themselves esp the seme, learning to be less clingy and such. their relationship actually became healthier than what it was at the start
