I guess from clues. In each of her rebirth, Ines always choose different option. Ever Emiliano ever remembered, she chose him. Then in current timeline, despite her still remember him, she chose Carcel. How did Emiliano know Ines remember him in the current life? Because Ines sponsored him and make sure his life is taken care of and so was his career as the painter. She just didn't chose him this time.
At the time she chose Emiliano, that just come out of nowhere like she's running away from something. They then did running away from Ines's noble class. After his own rebirth, Emiliano can guessed Ines running away from her misery from the past timeline before him. So it must be a multiple rebirth for Ines. As each choice in the past always failed, that must be a nightmare for Ines.
It’s multiple rebirth for all of them, it makes sense to know that. But why or how does he know that for Ines, it’s a loop specifically? That’s completely different than being reborn and doing your life all over again. The fact that he knows the difference between him being reborn and Carcel remembering their lives through dreams tells me he might be in direct contact with the same man Ines saw before she collapsed in the street at the end of the previous season. The one who’s been guiding her to make the right choices in every timeline. Or he might have been told more information before his rebirth. (Don’t tell me if you know, I’m just questioning but I don’t need the spoiler)
This story keeps me perfectly balanced between heartbroken and mesmerized…
So how come Emiliano knows that about Ines?
