No, same plus with this little tidbit we were fed in this scene we can see that with his father or chairman gone his family he likes can breathe easier..
It just makes it all the worse tbh bc it illustrates he at least understands how much family matters so to berate sejin for seeking out his only source kinda feels like a double jaded sword to Sejin :(
*spoiler*
Sejin with all his memories back seems a lot more confident and assured of himself when I was reading the novel I hope they illustrate that well
I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place…on one hand I want to smash a rock over Ido’s head and ask him why was he such a dick…but from his perspective Sejin was a pawn for his father and in a sense a threat to him and his family…but on the other hand I feel so sad for them both because if Sejin had felt safe enough to share all he faced from when he grew up to now, he and Ido probably could have had a good first life! I’m glad he took his second chance to not only give him what he deserved but set him up well enough that if and when he got his memories back he had a choice to either leave or stay with Ido! In his first life he didn’t have that choice, hence why I feel he took his life! I’m hurting reading these latest chapters but I hope we see a happy ending ╥﹏╥
