Yall I have a theory, stick with me, seme's dad worked for the uke, became obsessed with the uke who may or may not have like him. Got rejected after pulling that stunt and ran out of the manner.
Seme's dad has a kid, the seme and brainwashes the kid from a young age to get revenge, which could be why he's hearing things. Reread the manga to understand what i mean.
