u don’t sound neutral
also she clarified what she meant by disappear through another tweet
she meant that if illegal readers stop doing what they’re doing they’re essentially disappearing
how tf does that make sense? who would understand it like that in the first place? do u say u wanting serial kills to disappear means you want them to stop killing or not exist? the latter right?
she really let emotions get the best of her on a public platform
also can you really blame everything on readers for her living situation? what about her employers who apparently don’t pay her enough? i bet the top dogs are rolling in money and leaving artists starving

i can barely understand what you're saying
don't think i ever "blamed everything on illegal readers for euja's living situation". but at the end of the day illegal readers are still committing piracy lol. euja's successful. i think she can get by. but she's the exception not the rule. it's a fact that many authors have to quit bc their lifestyle is not sustainable directly due to piracy.
lz, bt, etc charging too much to read chs is a completely different conversation. if you want to start it, sure, but don't act like illegal readers are completely faultless.

if you don't want to support euja bc you don't like her, then don't. but fuck, aren't you ashamed of defending piracy to this degree? what about nonproblematic authors? authors who work 3 jobs bc people care more about the content and not the content creator? no one will stop you from pirating, but when you do, you lose the right to feel disappointed about weekly breaks, sudden hiatuses, and complete cancelations.
you feel guilty so you delude yourself into thinking that these publishing corporations are the ONLY issue. they're not. i said before that both exploitation and piracy is bad. you put so much emphasis on saying these publishers are underpaying your favorite authors, but doesn't that make your actions even worse? incredibly tone deaf. have fun pirating i guess
lots of strawman arguments in the comments lol. trying to stay completely neutral bc i buy the chapters but enjoy the discussions and comments on here that lz doesn't have. seen lots of koreans say that "disappear" referred to "fuck off" rather than "kys". don't think we should we giving google translate too much credit lmao. seems like a lot of people are just taking any potential mistranslation and running with it bc they don't like euja.
anyway i think to say illegal translations/website are "free advertising" is a incredibly insensitive attempt to undermine the effect pirating sites has on authors. most authors work two jobs, often take hiatuses, and even have to quit. imo y'all have to acknowledge that you really pirating! like own up to it. you as an illegal reader aren't doing these authors favors by consuming their content freely. and if you've bought the officials/merch after reading illegally, congrats! but you can't say the same for every single other illegal reader.
it's so weird people are using the content of her work to excuse piracy even more? "she wrote about poverty/non consent so she doesn't have the right to be mad about people using their financial situation to excuse poverty or the non consensual illegal translations". you can disagree with her without using such faulty arguments.
