So the spy servant inside the castle is just a clone, a non-human. When eyra attacked it, the person behind the clone, felt it. (The dialogue he did when he attacked the spy, it was directed at the caster)
Some said that, that guy was his "friend" back from the labyrinth city... but honestly, i don't remember him.
