there is! they cut a lot lmao. iirc inseob doesn‘t return to america until after a really dramatic conflict. essentially the rival actor who landed in the hospital bc of wooyeon, physically assaults inseob. it gets pretty bad, doctors are worried that all the stress plus the physical hurt are detrimental to inseobs survival.
wooyeon decides, and its framed as him finally learning to put someone else‘s needs before his own, that he needs to set inseob free. so he breaks things off, is super mean to inseob, and tells himself that he‘ll never get involved with inseob again.
also relevant to this is that before they break up, wooyeon ends up getting entangled in a pr relationship with a popular costar. this is happening because she‘s in a secret relationship with an older executive who is married. and her camp pay off tabloids to spread dating rumors.
inseob ends up moving into a dingy rooftop apartment after the break up and becomes close to the journalist who tried to expose wooyeon earlier. turns out she has iirc puppies? or cat babies. she offers a lot of emotional support.
anyway inseob is still wooyeons manager. stuff happens, they get back together. inseob returns to america. and after wrapping up all of his projects, wooyeon follows him. mostly because he becomes literally unable to sleep by himself. he develops like, separation anxiety insomnia. they move into a big mansion together that is very close to the water.
in the bonus chapters we get some „domestic fluff“. ceo and assistant come to visit, mostly bc ceo is hopeful that he‘ll be able to convince wooyeon to return to south korea. but they are very happy in america. inseob adopts a cat that wooyeon dislikes but tolerates.

Honestly I'm almost glad they cut half of it cause I Seop becomes insufferable and is the actual reason they break up. Wooyeon basically was like I can't be with you if you're so nervous with me because of the fact Inseop was lying about so many things and then meeting with a woman (the cat part they mentioned was where the woman was involved) and Inseop even being the one who said Wooyeon should be in the fact relationship but kept thinking Wooyeon was cheating. Inseop drove me INSANE near the end I was like why is there so much drama this is literally a side story
