This is basically implying that people should pick up a side job because their paycheck in their main job does not reflect the work they had put in.
Although the idea is nice by itself, they'd have to hire someone to edit and maybe another to manage their social media. And also that would mean that they have to make an appearance which they may or may not find comfortable
But some YouTuber only show their hands or use different voice, oh well that is indeed a hassle you need lots of staff to do all that
Why don't they create a YouTube channel ang share their experience on working their works after publishing so that fans, readers, and other audience could support them via subscribers and comments. Something like that
