After a bunch of misunderstandings, angst, and desperate yearnings they finally get together. Chaewoo asks her to marry him when she was in the hospital after an incident near the end of the story but she refuses and wants to take things slow with him now that they’re in an official and real relationship. Chaewoo wants to marry her so badly but respects her wishes at the end. They act like married couple anyways.
