I think you're right about Asha being much, much older than Albert's dad. Maybe when Asha turned, it put a curse on the servants that keeps their bloodline returning to the mansion. Albert's dad seems pretty sh*tty based on flashbacks and I did start developing a theory that he wanted his son to find a way to kill Asha. But he certainly didn't give him any clues on how to go about it, setting him up for immediate failure.
As for why he's so crazy and Asha didn't suspect it may be due to his father pairing with another servant? We don't have any context for Albert's mom and the close proximity makes sense for a one-time/obligatory continuing bloodline. I don't know if we've met everyone working there yet but they're all of different ages and nothing says they have to begin their cursed servitude at the same age. Your theory of weakening makes some sense but that older lady in the kitchen is what's throwing me off of it.
This also calls into question when they "fulfill their role." Is it after the last one of them dies? Because it seems Albert's dad hadn't been at the mansion for a long time, likely getting himself banned for his crazy request. But why send his son after he dies? And what if he never went? Would he have felt the pull? It feels like he got the job just because he was a Blake and not some random person who was looking for a job.

Hum interesting point. Personally I feel like the blakes are a special case and the servants aren't in the same situation, which is why I formulated the weakening theory as I feel other servants are "normal" humans that got here for various reasons. But maybe I'm totally wrong about this and it's a global curse.
I'm also not sure about asha having turned as her mom sorta looked like a vampire too but at the same time we don't know much about how vampire works here. Or asha's mom. Do they grow until a certain point and then stop like it's the case in some stories, or was Asha once a normal child that indeed turned later in adulthood?
In all case, it sure is an interesting story to think about and see how everyone perceive things differently !
Huuuum okay so I get the feeling the uke might be even older than the dad?
I can be wrong but I think the guy the seme saw as ghost isn’t the dad (seme said he “looked” like the dad + he has a mole and I think yellow eyes? while the dad seems to have shorter hair and green eyes.)
I get the feeling it’s a bloodline thing with og Blake being helplessly/obsessively in love with Asha and to be “forever” with him, he comes back thro the descendants (Asha saying “it’s always a Blake” and the dad saying “worried about not having an other Blake?” And “don’t worry I already have a son” seems to imply it’s something that has been going on for a while, not just with the Albert father son duo. Maybe og Blake and Asha made a weird contract out of love without seeing the consequences long terms.
My bet about the dad is that they might not even have been lovers. Maybe they were once since all Blake seems to get attracted to Asha (but even Asha seemed kinda surprised how wild seme went at the end of the chapter? So who knows if that’s really true too) what I’m SURE of tho is that Blake dad discovered the truth about the bloodlines (and maybe as the son grow the father grow weaker and dies if it’s a weird reincarnation shenanigans) and probably wanted to escape his fate by turning into a vampire too.
