Let's just say he's very selfish and seems to think the world revolves around him . The fact that he knew his/her brother had transmigrated n didn't say say anything to ease his worries when everyone thought he was crazy.
I dont want to spoiler so i will say what is now going on in story. His little brother behave like a sister in law who doesnt give privacy and give a damn about others. Unlike him his parents gave him privacy but his little brother just force himself in his life and telling him what to do.
