yes, absolutely, they just didn't have a name for him until this incarnation.
I thought about it and I don’t think he was all of them. Just simply bc he had no desire to kill him. Then again he did say it took all he had not to so who knows.
He’s casually jumping from body to body he’s trapped in that world. Maybe all of the previous outsiders were him all along?
