It's kind of love and hate 50:50.
I think it's more of he loves ML despite everything but he just hates that ML only saw him as property and by extension their baby too, he's hoping ML will accept his love for them and treat him better as a person not just his property; that sorta feeling breeds insecurity and paranoia fast, MC doesn't want that with ML cos he really does love him.

MC is so confusing. He likes ml then hated him and then loves him again like wtf? I thought the longer the chapters, the story will get better but wtf is this?!
We already know the plot is quiet cliché with omega preg running away from his alpha, but I was hoping it to have some unique storyline/plot that can differentiate from different omegaverse and there are some in the story but not that totally different from the others. (am I making sense? Lol)
Sigh, I just hope this story will get better and not ended up worst.
