Yeah and especially with a character like MC who is just naturally anxious and has low self-esteem. I'm annoyed by his actions but seeing his personality, it's not that weird.
Y'all always want authors to write about real issue and everything and bammmmm the moment the writer decides to depict the truth, the anxiety and despair that someone who is a closeted gay feels, y'all don't like it? Does it make you uncomfortable seeing the truth? It's good then. Stories and art are supposed to make you feel things you're uncomfortable accepting and seeing and feeling otherwise. Y'all think it's soooo romantic and easy to be a same sex couple everywhere but it's not. Especially not in Asia. Grow up and start consuming media that shows the truth regardless of how it makes you feel.
