That’s exaclty why i’m not sure if i like this so far. (I’m still giving it a chance, maybe it’ll grab my attention better later)
Up to this point, everyone in the story brushed off the ML’s behaviour. It’s looking like the narrative is, that this is cute and quirky. But I sympathise with MC I would hate it if someone was this pushy and disrespectful towards me. Because that’s what this is, disrespectful.
But I don’t want to judge from a few chapters, and I like the art. And maybe it’s starting to look like ML is intended to come off as actually creepy. So maybe things will get more intense.
But if it ends with MC falling in love with ML because we’re supposed to believe that this stalker adjacent behaviour is cute, then this is not for me. If creepy behaviour is addressed and shown as being creepy, then it can be an interesting, i have no problem with a story being fluffy, I just don’t want it gaslighting me, telling me that toxic is cute.
