Yep .. it's just a second arc so nothing really happened for anything to be interconnected. You can however read first 2 chapter (chapter 1 and 2 ) of the manhwa to get general connection of character to eachother. Like who is whose friend. And even if u skip that it doesn't really you'll figure out as u read. So yea i would suggest reading first 2 chapter (of1st arc) and skip to second i.e. hanmin's flower
