Of course KDJ would get agitated after what SYS has gone through. He's really fond of her. He couldn't protect the 41st turn SYS so he'd probably take extra care for this round SYS.
And I guess you don't have to be a constellation to be a part of the nebula. They're all incarnations with sponsors so they can perhaps join a nebula.
