Frankly it would be a pleasant and unique suprise of the "I need to become Kion" Rex plot line literally didn't go ANYWHERE because Kion goes in and kills him in 5 seconds flat. Id be so down for that
But I fear its going to be "Kion storms in alone, Rex takes advantage of this and takes over his identity" (Which with how strong Kion is... kinda feels like theyre throwing Rex a bone for it)
