Nah, he really was twinks :v it was mentioned both in this series and in the PASSION RAGA (the side story that featuring xinlu & gable as main couple cmiiw), that it was clearly him getting taller & bulked up too. Maybe he was still hasn't get the growth sprout, or it is as Rick says, he did something to his body (training, etc) not that ik how exactly ╮(￣▽￣)╭
