I think its still her, kinda like it was her talking with a part of herself she forgot.
So like it was some voodoo magic with her talking to the her from the past who remembers every thing or well make it easier and say her subconsciousness
Now I'm super confuses, who the heck is the Sanya she was writing to when she was a kid then???
