The problem was Euihyun, I think was written as the other loan party? I forgot the term. That's usually the problem with loans, the next in line would be the next of kin - even if the loan was never placed by that person. They end up the victim of their relative or friend for putting their name on the loan with or without their consent then run away when they can't pay.
