Well- technically it can be counted as a happy ending just not really what we the readers were expecting or wanting, and I mean, at all and the way it had to go too was crazy

Well- I can't give an indepth explanation, because I didn't translate it over but- basically:

Honestly, I'm bad with faces, and they're alot older now soo- all the annoying guys from before came to visit? Not sure why they were there but they came, then when they saw our little cutie they ploted and tried to kill him, but luckily our lord, Nobunaga, stepped in (he had eavesdropped on one of their conversations when they cornered our uke prior), I'm not sure but I think one of the men died, I mean he (ML) did hit him with his sword through the chest. Somehow that disagreement lead to a war between their factions. Then somehow- Nobunaga had to kill MC with a hand gun, -(Nobunaga was injured)- which sent him back to his time and at the end of the panel we get a silhouette of of MC meeting a modern version of the ML....and that was it. Twenty seven chapters just for that ending . I'm just a little disappointed....especially because there isn't anymore for context.

Actually, they committed suicide together because they were all cornered and nowhere to go anymore, but before that, Nobunaga made a promise to each other that they must meet the next life in the temple. So ff, Ranmaru kept going tl the promised temple hoping to meet Nobunaga, and this old lady asked ranmaru if he had met the person he has been in the temple, then I think (not sure) the old lady pointed at a man standing near the temple too, and supposedly that is Nobunaga.
Oohhh- that makes sense- still kinda wanted it to end on a historical note but atleast they got to meet again. Hopefully with less problems too, thank you.

Oh so I scrolled through the comments and found the links for the raws, used my phone, tooks screenshots and my phone automatically translated the panels in english, to my disappointment. I feel robbed off a good reunion scene. Tf is thaaaaat??? What theeeeeeeee heeeeeeeeeeeeell! I cried, I bawled my eyes when Ranmaru was wronged and accused of being a traitor, accused of abandoning the love of his life, had a hard time proving himself to Nobunaga again, and that is the ending I got?????? What the actuaaaaal fuggg was that! Fuuuuuck!!!!!!!!
