Practically speaking, he is good. But not ‘love at first sight’ material . Atleast not with looks alone. His personality is good. But ross and shin did not even spend time together for him to obsess over shin. That part doesn’t make sense to me.
I think Ross did in fact, felt sexual attraction the moment he laid eyes to Shin.
I think Ross liked how Shin could converse with him and even decline his advances, a thing that he isn't used to. Shin didn't let himself be much overpowered by Ross.
I do feel like it didn't happen long enough to make Ross feel this desperate to do Shin badly.
But it is also understandable how Ross works. "He wants it he buys it" kinda thing.
plus, he wants him even more after he discovered Gren was his brother, and his dubious connection with Jake. So... Yeah, it is understandable Ross wants him to this way. Ross didn't need much time to get obsessed over Shin by everything that happens...
It's probably because everyone else is such a kiss ass and Shin's the only one that didn't. I'd guess it's mostly the intrigue. Shin is very mysterious, Ross is the kind of guy that wants things just to say he has them

Why is ross obsessed with shin?? I never got it! He is this really highly authoritative person with money. Shin is well, not even close. Why does he want shin? I don’t get it at all
