Should I continue this one? I checked the comments hoping to find an answer, but all I saw were hateful takes on the MC and ML, hahaha. But yeah, what I'm really curious about is the top. Why can he pick up pheromones? Is he really a beta?
In one of their early chapters I think it was ml that said mc has traits of both alpha and omega

Since beta's in this universe have some traits of alpha and omega they can only pick up cycle pheromones. For e.g., an omega's heat pheromones or an alphas rut. Beta's can't pick up any other pheromones.
I'm currently on Chapter 5. Wasn't the ML a beta? How is he able to pick up the scent of the alpha MC? I'm confused, it doesn't make sense to me.
